Goodnight Sweet Puss

I said goodbye to my sweet kitty Eris today. It was time and she was ready. My son was there with me, as was my ex, who was very supportive. She was only 8 1/2 months old and was loved more than any cat ever was. I am so proud of my son for how sweet and loving he has been, not just to Eris, but to me too. My sister offered to drive over from the Bay Area to be with me too.

I have a huge void in life right now. I spent every night for the last 2 months with her. I've been busy cleaning and doing laundry to keep my mind busy. Not so easy.


It was a tough day but I was surrounded by love, in person and in spirit.
